Athletes take part in the program and use Ambush or other facilities at their own risk. Sports are physically demanding, and athletes, along with their parents or guardians, should understand that serious or even life-threatening injuries can occur. By participating, athletes and their parents or guardians accept all risks and full responsibility for any damages or injuries during practice, games, or travel, and fully release Ambush LLC, Buddies & Co LLC, coaches, staff, volunteers, and facilities from any claims related to participation in the program.
